UNA - USA NNJ COVID Update

There are many ways you can help those on the front lines combat COVID-19. The United Nations Association-Northern New Jersey Chapter curated a list of ways to help across Northern New Jersey. 


1. Slow The Spread 

To help flatten the curve, stay at home, practice social distancing, and wash your hands frequently. 


2. Donate To Emergency Response Funds 

Visit the following websites to donate to your local hospital’s emergency response funds.

3. Donate Supplies

Healthcare systems across Northern NJ are in need of personal protective equipment (PPE) including: N95 masks/KN95 masks, general surgical masks, eye protectors, face shields, disposable gloves (vinyl and nitrile), surgical and isolation gowns, and shoe covers. You can donate PPE and other medical supplies such as test kits and ventilators by completing the following donation form: https://covid19.nj.gov/ppedonations. You can also donate to your local hospitals using the links below.

Small donations can be dropped off at the Security Desk of RWJBarnabasHealth, 95 Short Hills Road, West Orange, NJ 07052

Donations can be dropped off at the hospital's main entrance at 223 North Van Dien Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm


4. Donate Blood

Visit https://www.redcrossblood.org/ to find a blood drive near you and

read guidelines for donating blood during the pandemic.
